About Patrick McClay

Patrick McClay started his real estate career in 1999 with plans of building his family home. Ten short months later the home was built and there were plans to start buying investment properties. Four years later in 2004 Patrick earned his license to practice real estate in the states of Mississippi and Tennessee. He hit the ground running as he joined RE/MAX Advantage in 2004 and immediately competed for RE/MAX Dixie regions rookie of the year. That same year Patrick earned the RE/MAX Dixie regions President Club award. In 2005 he won the co-operative spirit award for the RE/MAX Dixie region. The following year, 2006, Patrick won top listing agent at his office and from there his real estate career has taken off. With over $50 million in residential sales he is a lifetime member of the multi-million dollar club, a RE/MAX Dixie region 100% club winner 2005-2011, 2008 RE/MAX Dixie regions #4 in transaction sides, 2009 REMAX Dixie regions #3 in transaction sides, #4 in individual sales, and finally inducted into RE/MAX‘s Hall of Fame in 2010.

In 2012 Patrick left RE/MAX to start a new journey with one of the largest Real Estate firms in the Memphis –metro area, Prudential Collins-Maury Realtors Inc. Patrick is starting his new venture as the REO Division Lead, his job is to develop and establish a larger REO/Foreclosure presence for the already large Memphis based real estate firm. Patrick has built his career with his knowledge and focus in the REO/Foreclosure side of the business. He is a certified Distressed Property Expert and is Five Star REO Certified. Patrick is an active member in his local communities and local real estate boards, as well as being on the Professional Standards/Grievance Committee and local scholarship committees.

Patrick has also started TheMcClayTeam.Com, a versatile real estate team with seller, buyer and REO/ Foreclosure specialists for representation of our many clients from home owners, investors, asset management companies and banks. Whether buying or selling we have the client’s best interest at heart with dedicated professional service and results. Our goal is a smooth transaction, with consistent communication throughout the entire home buying process.
